→How do you measure the success of Make it Real?

Success is leaving with clear creative direction and practical next steps to build from.


→Is Make it Real right for early ideas?

Yes. The sprint works best when there is an idea or direction to explore, even if it’s still evolving.

→What do I need to start the process?

A high-level strategy or idea to explore, a sense of what success looks like, and any existing brand materials if available. A rough timeframe is also helpful.


→Do I need to work with you for the full sprint?

No. After the discovery call, Louis works independently and shares progress asynchronously. Most sprints take 2-3 days depending on the project.

→How do you handle projects that take longer than expected?

We define scope in the discovery call. If more time is needed, the work can continue on a day rate.


→What tools do you use to build the deck?

Typically Figma Slides, Keynote or Google Slides.

→What if I need additional deliverables after the sprint?

If additional work is required, a separate scope of work can be defined and delivered on a day rate.


→What happens after the sprint is over? Can you build it?

The deliverables are designed so teams can build from them. Louis can also continue the project from concept to execution under a new scope of work.

→Are you available for longer-term work?

Yes. Louis also works freelance or as a fractional creative director.
